Mr. Berger presently serves on the Board of Directors of Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee. He is an engineering graduate of New York University and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Mr. Berger has been a certified instructor/trainer in motorsports training for over 20 years.
